๐Ÿ“ Outline note taking - my life hack for studying

๐Ÿ‘‰ I have been using the โ€œoutlineโ€ method for lectures and seminars for a long time. The idea is simple: the main points are at the top, with details and examples below them, organized by level. As a result, instead of a bunch of scattered notes, you have a clear structure that is easy to review.

For example, in psychology, I do it like this:

-Basic theory
-Key concepts
-Examples of experiments
-Conclusions

The advantage of this method is that you immediately see the connections between ideas, rather than just copying text from the board. For me, this really saves time when preparing for exams, because I don't have to re-sort the information.

Life hack: if the topic is difficult, I make an outline on paper and then transfer it to Notion/Word - and immediately have a ready-made summary for review.

I want to try combining it with flashcards to memorize details - we'll see how it goes.
