Ive been struggling with study motivation lately. Like, not the “I’m lazy” kind but the “what’s even the point” kind.
You sit there, open the notes, your brain’s like nope, and suddenly scrolling through random videos feels more productive.
Then you get hit with guilt. You tell yourself “tomorrow I’ll do better,” but tomorrow feels exactly the same.
What’s been helping me a little is doing tiny goals — like “just study one page,” or “watch one short video on this topic.”
Sometimes it snowballs into a full session, sometimes it doesn’t, and that’s okay.
Also I started studying with friends again - not to flex productivity, just to not be alone in the struggle.
Idk, maybe motivation’s not about hyping yourself up but just showing up messy and doing what you can.
What do y’all do when you hit that “nothing’s working” wall?
