what is your weakness
Whenever I get asked this in an interview, my brain immediately bluescreens. I know interviewers expect self-awareness and honesty, but I never know what level of flaw is considered acceptable versus disqualifying. I also don’t want to do the cringe humble-brag thing either.
So I’m genuinely curious: what are realistic weaknesses for job interview that don’t make you sound fake, but also don’t make you look like a walking liability?
How are people answering this without tanking their chances?
